HOW DOES IT WORK?

First, the sensor measures the cross-sectional profile of the conveyor belt material. Sensortechnik Optical Belt Scale uses volumetric data calculations to produce a 99.88% accurate result.

Second, the sensor measures the conveyor belt's feed rate using an inductive sensor. Finally, by combining the cross-section and feed rate measurements, the resulting system data is easily available in cubic meters, yards, or tons, and is stored on the sensor for easy download and access via the Sensortechnik control panel.
